The app

The Birthday Boop app for iPhone and iPad is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Your use of the app is covered by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These website terms don’t replace that license.

Boop Plus

Boop Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly through your Apple Account. New subscribers can try the yearly plan free for one week; cancel at least 24 hours before the week ends and the week stays free. The price for your country is shown in the app and on Apple’s purchase confirmation before you pay. Boop Plus renews automatically until you cancel; to stop the next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. To bring back Boop Plus on a new phone, use Restore purchases in the app. Every birthday, reminder, import and backup is free, along with the calendar, the Next birthday widget, every Lock Screen widget and the Simple card. Items you earn through birthday quests stay yours in the app, even after Plus ends.

Your content

The names, dates, notes and photos you add are yours. Only add information you are comfortable keeping about the people in your life.

Reminders

Reminders rely on notifications on your iPhone or iPad. Focus modes, notification settings and other device settings can affect when an alert is shown.

This website

You may use this website to learn about Birthday Boop and get support. The Birthday Boop name, design and content belong to OctoView LLC. The website is provided as is, to the extent the law allows.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, except where the law where you live gives you other rights.

Changes

If these terms change, the effective date above changes with it.
